These Terms of Service govern your use of Kursio. By creating an account or registering for a course through the service you agree to these terms.
The service
Kursio provides registration, invoicing, attendance, certificate, and evaluation tools for course organizers. Features available to you depend on the organizer's plan and configuration.
Eligibility and accounts
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, attempt to access data you are not authorized to access, disrupt the service, or use it to break the law.
Fees and payment
Where a course or plan is paid, fees and payment terms are shown before purchase. Invoices are issued in accordance with applicable Swedish accounting rules.
Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Kursio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service.
